Due to the inconsistent weather that we are planning to have today, we want to
make sure that players to follow a process to verify the location of play. We
will allow for some lateness do to the possible travel to and from Courts Plus,
where necessary. We apologize for the last-minute changes. Please note that
the latest communicated starting times are official; however, the location of
play will be determined depending on the weather. Please see the notes below
depending on your starting time:
8:00 and 9:30 start times: please follow one of the following processes:
1). Please check in at Berens Park 15 minutes prior to your start
time.
2). If you check in at Berens Park and no one is there, immediately go the
Courts Plus. This means that the rain has arrived or has affected play in some
manner prior to your arrival.
12:00 and 12:30 start times: please follow one of the following processes:
1). Call Courts Plus at 630-833-5064. They will have up-to-date information
regarding the location of play (Berens Park or Courts Plus)
2). Check-in at Courts Plus. They will either direct you to the indoor courts
or direct you to Berens Park.
NOTE: If you decide to check in at Berens Park and no one is there, matches are
being held indoors at Courts Plus.
